Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unused/unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@xmypick.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Your order will be exchanged, and the replacement will be delivered within 7 days.


If you’re unsure about your item, contact us before purchasing or returning.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest method is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
