Shipping & Delivery Policy

Scope
For international orders, shipments are sent via registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post. For domestic orders, shipments are sent via registered domestic couriers and/or Speed Post.

Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at checkout. Actual delivery timelines are subject to the courier/postal service’s norms.
Your order will be delivered within 7 days.

Carrier Delays
XMYPICK is not liable for any delay caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our obligation is limited to handing over the consignment to the carrier within the stated dispatch timeframe or the date agreed at order confirmation.

Delivery Address
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please ensure the address and contact number are accurate and complete.

Order/Delivery Confirmation
Confirmation and delivery updates will be sent to the email ID provided during registration/checkout. Tracking details (when available) will be shared via email or your account page.
